Napoli Shkolnik PLLC and two former principals were denied dismissal of a one-time department head’s claims that she was demoted and terminated because she’s Chinese American, a woman, and she complained about bias.

Selma Moy’s lawsuit includes enough detail to state plausible discrimination and retaliation claims under federal, state, and city law against the personal injury firm and Paul and Marie Napoli, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said.
