FedEx Loses Bid to Seal Documents in Driver Unpaid Overtime Suit

A district court denied FedEx Ground Package Systems Inc.‘s request to seal a variety of records in a collective action by Massachusetts delivery drivers for unpaid overtime because the documents qualify as judicial records and many are already public.
