FedEx Fails to Block Racial Firing Trial Over Explicit Photos

A Black man who was terminated from FedEx Corp. for showing nude photos of women to his coworkers can continue pursing racial discrimination claims against his former employer.

A jury must determine whether Patrick Anderson properly alleged race bias when he compared his situation to a White man who was reinstated into his position after committing the similar conduct, the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee said in a Monday opinion denying FedEx’s summary judgment motion.
