Federal Prisoner Gets Some Claims Revived Against FBI, Agents

A federal prisoner serving time for drug and money laundering offenses will have another chance to pursue claims that the FBI and individual agents violated his rights by repeatedly placing informants with him, having him placed in solitary confinement, and having him strip-searched because they suspected he was involved in the murder of a prison guard.
