Israeli Military Aid Package Not Reviewable by Federal Court (1)

A federal court doesn’t have jurisdiction to hear a suit seeking to end US military aid to Israel in its current effort to win control of the Gaza Strip from Hamas.

The International Court of Justice recently ruled that Israel’s current military campaign in the Gaza Strip “‘appear to be capable of falling within the provisions of the Genocide Convention,’” and Judge Jeffrey S. White of the US District Court for the Northern District of California agreed with that conclusion.
