Federal Contractor Drops Solicitation Exclusion Claims as ‘Moot’

The federal contractor QED Group LLC has yielded its claim that the US unfairly excluded it from a large solicitation, ending the case.

QED Group, which does business as Q2 Impact, and Justice Department lawyers on Thursday filed a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice to Judge Molly R. Silfen of the US Court of Federal Claims.
