FCPA Charges Against Ex-Cognizant Execs Under Priority Review

Federal prosecutors are still deciding whether they’ll pursue criminal charges against two former Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. executives accused of bribing officials in India, according to a Tuesday filing.

The technology company’s former president, Gordon Coburn, and chief legal officer, Steven Schwartz, were charged with approving a $2 million payoff in connection with the construction of an office park in India.
