FCC’s Net Neutrality Rules Briefly Paused by Sixth Circuit (1)

A Sixth Circuit panel on Friday temporarily paused net neutrality regulations put in place by the Federal Communications Commission before they were set to go into effect on July 22.

The pause, which extends to Aug. 5, is so the panel of three judges has enough time to properly consider whether to pause the regulations while they’re legally reviewed, the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit panel said in a one-page order.
