FCA US Defeats Worker’s FMLA Retaliation Suit on Appeal

An auto worker who was disciplined by his employer FCA US LLC for providing false information regarding leave requests under the Family and Medical Leave Act lost his retaliation lawsuit before a federal appeals court.

FCA US, formerly known as Chrysler, suspended plaintiff Michael Juday for 30 days and suspended his wife Becky, who also worked for the company, after finding that their leave requests under the FMLA overlapped suspiciously.
