FCA Beats Proposed Class Action Over RAM Pickup Suspensions

FCA US LLC succeeded in getting a proposed class action dismissed after a federal judge ruled that a RAM truck owner was too late to raise a breach of implied warranty claim.

Daniel Paolucci sued the automaker in May 2023 after spending almost $3,000 to replace his 2017 RAM 1500 Rebel truck’s Air Ride air suspension system.
