FBI Seized Voting Records With Faulty Affidavit, Judge Hears (1)

The FBI’s seizure of 2020 voting records in Fulton County, Ga., relied on an insufficient affidavit that rehashed previously investigated and disproven election fraud claims, a witness for the county told a federal judge in Atlanta.

Federal authorities obtained a search warrant based on an FBI agent’s affidavit and seized more than 600 boxes of documents in January for a criminal probe into the county’s handling of the election.
