FBI Agents, Dish Network Investigators Beat Suit Over Search

Federal agents, prosecutors, and investigators for Dish Network and related entity NagraStar LLC aren’t liable for money damages for conducting an allegedly illegal search of the offices, computers, and servers of network and internet communication platform Naicom Corp., a federal appeals court ruled.
