A fashion company selling pink winged boots is accusing a rival of unlawfully copying its footwear designs.
Dolls Kill Inc. alleges that Madmia International LLC infringed its copyright, according to a complaint filed in Middle District of Florida.
California-based Dolls Kill says it sold copyrighted fashion goods online and competitor Madmia then recreated and sold items with Dolls Kill’s designs. Dolls Kill says the copied designs include pink boots with wings and rainbow-and-black boots with wings.
