Farmers Insurance Sex Bias Settlement Preliminarily Approved

Farmers Insurance Group and about 300 female attorneys in the litigation department who alleged the company paid them less than their male colleagues won preliminary approval of a $4.1 million settlement from a federal judge in California (Coates v.
