A settlement deal that will provide $25 gift cards to Family Dollar LLC customers who purchased products from stores in six southern states that closed after a rodent infestation was discovered at a warehouse won final approval from a federal judge.
Judge Sheryl H. Lipman of the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee on Monday granted final approval of the deal, but rejected plaintiffs’ attorneys’ fee request.
Customers who shopped at stores in Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, or Tennessee between January 2020 and February 2022 are eligible to receive one gift card per household, according to ...
