Falcon Control Systems Says Rival Infringing Its Trademarks

Falcon Control Systems LLC is suing a rival energy company for allegedly using confusingly similar trademarks to profit off its established goodwill.

Falcon alleged Falcon Energy Services Group Inc. has willfully infringed its “Falcon Logo” and “Falcon Control Systems” used in custom fabrication for parts of industrial buildings,according to the complaint filed Friday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. The plaintiff began its operations in 2012 and is often known as “‘Falcon Controls’ or simply ‘Falcon’” while using a distinctive left-facing falcon bird logo design, according to the complaint
