Failed Drug Test Claims Cut From Suit Over Supposed THC-Free Tea

Wellness product maker Total Life Changes LLC got most claims trimmed from a proposed federal class action over a tea that allegedly was marketed as THC-free but contained enough psychoactive compound to cause two men to fail drug tests.

Neither man showed they were harmed by the failed tests or alleged misrepresentations, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey said in an unpublished opinion.
