Faegre Drinker Settles Ex-Associate’s Disability Bias Claims

A former associate attorney with Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP has settled her claims that the Big Law firm discriminated against her based on her disability in violation of state and federal laws.

Heather Kristin Strack McCutcheon and Faegre Drinker have reached a settlement agreement “resolving all claims in this matter,” and are in the process of finalizing a written settlement, according to a joint status report filed Monday at the US District Court for the District of Colorado.
