Fabiani Cohen & Hall Partner Alleges Race, Sex Discrimination

A partner with Fabiani Cohen & Hall alleges in a new lawsuit that she’s faced race and sex discrimination and harassment over her more than 20 years at the firm.

Anita Bowen sued the firm on Tuesday and listed its three principals—Stephen Cohen, John Fabiani, and Thomas Hall—as co-defendants. She accuses them of violating the Civil Rights Actthe Fair Labor Standards Act, various New York labor laws, and the state’s human rights law. She also alleges that she experienced a hostile work environment.
