Express Scripts Sheds Wiretap Claims Over Meta Info Sharing

Express Scripts Holding Co. convinced a federal court to dismiss wiretapping claims over its use of Facebook’s Pixel after the judge said the allegations were too unclear.

Plaintiff Jonathan Lynch’s complaint said that he wouldn’t have used the pharmacy site had he known Express Scripts shared information about his prescriptions with Meta Platforms.
