eXp World Holdings Inc. senior leaders turned a blind eye while some of its top “influencers” drugged and raped real estate agents at alcohol-soaked company events, according to an unsealed lawsuit.
Two pension funds are suing board members and top executives of the online brokerage, saying they schemed to cover up years of “heinous” wrongdoing by two top influencers—David Golden and Michael Bjorkman—who would allegedly dose women with date rape drugs, sexually assault them in hotel rooms, and blackmail them into joining their revenue “downline” at the company, which operates on a pyramid-like model.
