A former vice president at the University of Texas at Austin is suing the school for allegedly discriminating against him based on his gender and wrongfully terminating his employment.

Juan Garcia is suing the university for sex discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, according to a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas on Friday.
