Ex-University of Idaho Law Students’ LGBTQ Bias Suit Dismissed

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit accusing the University of Idaho of failing to protect the LGBTQ community, but said a trio of ex-students could revive some of their claims by making “simple, concise, and direct allegations” against specific parties.

The former law school students said that they each fled Idaho as a result of the discrimination they allegedly faced at the university from both school officials and fellow students.
