Ex-Twitter Officer Can’t Block X’s Appeal of Arbitration Ruling

Twitter’s former chief marketing officer can’t prevent the Elon Musk-owned X Corp. from appealing a ruling that the company can’t force arbitration over withheld employment benefits.

Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley ruled Monday that Leslie Berland, who is seeking more than $20 million in benefits that were allegedly cut after Musk’s takeover, didn’t meet the high bar to show X’s appeal is frivolous.
