Apollo Intelligence Operating LLC, also known as Survey Health Care Global, has been sued in federal court by an ex-employee alleging the company violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
John Castellano says, in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, that he was wrongfully terminated due to his age, disabilities, and in retaliation for requesting medical leave and accommodations for his disabilities.
