A former Sodexo Inc worker’s proposed class action against the food services and facilities management firm over a data breach was dismissed after he voluntarily withdrew the suit.
The lawsuit in the US District Court for the District of Maryland came after a hacker group improperly collected employee data from the company, which employs more than 100,000 people, and posted it to the internet.
