Ex-Postal Worker’s Gender Bias Suit Fails, 11th Cir. Says

A lower court properly granted summary judgment to the US Postal Service in a former employee’s employment discrimination lawsuit, the Eleventh Circuit ruled Thursday.

Stacy Burke’s gender discrimination claim failed because she didn’t produce evidence of sufficiently similar comparator employees who engaged in the same misconduct but were treated differently, the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit said in an unpublished, per curiam opinion.
