A former Polar Air Cargo Worldwide Inc. executive who pleaded guilty to wire and honest services fraud conspiracy was sentenced to 18 months in prison on Tuesday.
Robert Schirmer, who served as senior director of customer services for the Americas, was charged along with nine others in April 2023 and pleaded guilty the following October. He was sentenced by Judge Jesse M. Furman in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
