Ex-Paralegal Sues Wells Fargo Over Remote Work, Medical Leave

Wells Fargo Bank National Association is facing allegations of disability discrimination and retaliation, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act, from a former coporate paralegal for the bank.

Susan Beisler Vanderbilt alleges that she developed a disabling condition while working remotely for Wells Fargo that substantially limited major life activities.
