Law firm Saltz, Mongeluzzi, & Bendesky is facing a new lawsuit from a former employee alleging discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Yanez Perez, an Afro-Latina woman, alleges violations of Title VII and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act in a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She alleges she was subjected to a hostile work environment of racial and sexual harassment, retaliation for complaining about harassment, and was constructively discharged.
Perez seeks damages for lost wages, compensatory damages for emotional distress, punitive damages, attorneys’ fees, and other relief.
