Ex-Owner of Interlogic Outsourcing Gets 97-Month Prison Sentence

The former owner of payroll processing company Interlogic Outsourcing Inc. was sentenced on Thursday to just over 8 years in prison in connection with a more than $150 million check-kiting scheme.

Najeeb Khan self-disclosed the fraudulent scheme in 2019 and then pled guilty in January to one count of bank fraud and one count of attempted tax evasion before Judge Pamela A. Barker in the US District Court for the District of Ohio.
