A former Cleveland Municipal Court judge whose law license was indefinitely suspended on the same day she was tossed from the bench was charged Tuesday with falsifying docket entries.
Pinkey Carr, 57, faces three misdemeanor falsification charges. She is set to be arraigned on Aug. 8.
Carr conducted arraignments for three defendants in three separate cases in 2019 and 2020 without a city prosecutor present, according to charging documents filed by an Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation agent.
