The former chairman and CEO of now-defunct Helios & Matheson Analytics Inc., Theodore Farnsworth, and MoviePass’s former CEO, J. Mitchell Lowe, will be tried before a new judge, assuming they don’t change their not-guilty plea to securities fraud before mid-November.
