Ex-Molson Coors Beverage Worker Sues for Bias, FMLA Violations

A former Molson Coors Beverage Co. USA LLC employee is suing the beverage company for racial discrimination retaliation, and violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Granada L. McNeil, an African American man who held various leadership roles in maintenance and management, alleges Molson Coors violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by fostering a racially hostile work environment and treating McNeil, an African American employee, differently than his non-minority coworkers, according to his complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
