Ex-Knick Charles Oakley Can Depose Dolan Over MSG Ejection (1)

Former New York Knick Charles Oakley can depose team owner and Madison Square Garden CEO James Dolan in the ongoing assault and battery suit related to Oakley’s ejection from the venue in 2017, a federal court said.

Dolan fought the deposition, saying that he was an apex witness—that he didn’t have any unique knowledge of the incident that other witnesses couldn’t provide.
