Ex-Jean-Georges Pastry Chef Sues Restaurateur for Bias (Correct)

The Manhattan-based Jean-Georges restaurant management group has been sued by its former corporate pastry chef, who alleges she was subjected to national origin discrimination, punished after complaining, denied reasonable accommodation for an arthritic condition, and her job eliminated.

Paola Marocchi, a Latina woman from Argentina, filed her lawsuit against Jean-Georges Management LLC, Creative Culinary Management Co., and corporate officer Gregory Brainin on Friday at the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
