Lateral Link Group Inc., McGuireWoods LLP, and Wells Fargo & Company have been sued in federal court over allegations that they violated the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the New York City Administrative Code.

Michael Pepin alleges the defendants jointly employed him as an employment investigator and unlawfully terminated him in retaliation for taking family medical leave to care for his disabled wife, and failed to pay him proper overtime wages.
