Ex-GW Tennis Player’s Case Timely, NAACP Defense Fund Says

A former George Washington University varsity tennis player’s claims that the school was deliberately indifferent to racial discrimination by coaches and teammates were wrongly dismissed as untimely, the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund told a Federal appeals court in Washington.
