Former Girardi Keese CFO Christopher Kamon has entered into a plea deal with prosecutors in Chicago, according to a motion filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
A plea agreement hasn’t been filed with the court and the terms of such a deal haven’t been made public, but Kamon has asked Judge Mary M. Rowland for permission to appear by telephone for a change of plea hearing and and sentencing.
