Former Fox News Network LLC anchor Ed Henry and a female former co-worker who alleged that he assaulted and harassed her while working together at Fox News have agreed to settle her claims.
The parties, who reached their settlement on the eve of a trial that had been slated to begin Monday, effectively ended Jennifer Eckhart’s lawsuit, according to a letter to Judge Ronnie Abrams, of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, filed Sunday. Eckhart and Henry attached a stipulation seeking dismissal of the case with prejudice.
