Retired UFC fighter Tim Kennedy continues to use proprietary materials he was required to destroy or return to a Texas K-12 school that terminated his affiliation two years ago, the school told a Texas state court this week.
Apogee Cedar Park—the school near Austin founded by Kennedy—is passing off the trademarked information as its own and gaining a competitive advantage against Acton Academy, the K-12 institution that cut him off, the lawsuit said.
