Former Fiera Capital Inc. executive Peter Stock is suing the investment management firm, claiming he was fired after being repeatedly asked about his age—now 70—by its founder and CEO.
Stock, a Vermont citizen, is seeking at least $6 million in damages, according to his complaint filed Thursday at the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
