Ex-DXC Technology Worker Ends Suit Over X Post With Racial Slur

A former DXC Technology Co. researcher, who wrote a political post that included a racial slur, has agreed to end his whistleblower retaliation and wrongful termination suit against the company.

Christopher Surdak filed a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice on Sunday in the US District Court for the Central District of California. Counsel for Surdak declined to comment. DXC’s counsel didn’t immediately respond to a request for settlement details.
