A former worker with Delta Star Inc. an industrial equipment supplier, lost his bid to certify a class in his suit involving a range of alleged California wage law violations.
The non-union worker’s claims aren’t typical of a class with 90% union membership, said Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler of the US District Court for the Northern District of California in a Thursday order rejecting his class certification motion.
