Ex-Deloitte Workers Get Trade Secret Charges Dismissed (Correct)

Two former Deloitte LLP employees have won their bid to dismiss most charges in an indictment that said they conspired to steal trade secrets from the consulting firm.

The workers had “unusually specific and detailed evidence” of how they were prejudiced by the government’s failure to indict them sooner, the US District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia said on Monday.
