Ex-CFO Sues Company Claiming Disability Bias After Heart Surgery

Tristar Inc., a/k/a Tri Star Engineering Inc., is facing a new lawsuit from a former employee alleging the company unlawfully discriminated and retaliated against him in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Robert Jordan’s complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, alleges that after Jordan requested reasonable accommodations for a disability and took medical leave for heart surgery, the company subjected him to harassment, removed his job duties, and ultimately terminated his employment.
