Ex-California Bar Director Wants Disciplinary Charges Dismissed

Fired California State Bar Executive Director Joe Dunn, who already won dismissal of several disciplinary charges against him, will file another motion to dismiss, this time based on the bar’s admission that the claims against him were time-barred, his attorneys told a State Bar Court judge Monday.

State Bar Court Judge Yvette Roland set trial on the remaining disciplinary counts for Sept. 27-29 and Oct. 4.
