Ex-Borghese Commerce Director Alleges Disability Discrimination

A former e-commerce director for Borghese Inc. is suing the luxury cosmetic and skincare company, alleging it discriminated and retaliated against her for accommodations requested related to an epilepsy condition.

Corey Lynch claims Borghese and two named supervisors failed to provide reasonable accommodations for her disability, discriminated against her, and ultimately terminated her employment, according to her complaint filed Jan. 10 with the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
