Ex-Boeing Worker Sues Alleging Sex Harassment, Pregnancy Bias

A former Boeing Co. employee filed a lawsuit against the company alleging she was subjected to sexual harassment by several male employees and retaliated against after complaining.

Jennifer Flynn claims throughout her time at the company she experienced incidents of sexually-charged comments and inappropriate touching from fellow male colleagues, who were sometimes senior to Flynn, in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Despite her repeated complaints to human resources, the defendant failed “to take appropriate remedial steps to make the workplace free of sexual harassment,” the complaint said.
