Ex-Beebe Healthcare Nurse Pursues Collective, Class Wage Suit

A registered nurse formerly employed with Beebe Healthcare Inc. is suing the company for allegedly misclassifying her and other hourly workers as independent contractors to avoid paying them overtime wages, in violation of federal and state labor laws.
